I started working with Drew over a decade ago – based on the recommendation of another optometrist. I was told Drew had good prices and knew what he sold. That summarizes my experience with Drew. Prices are competitive, but more importantly he makes sure that the instrument is installed properly and works well. Drew assures that the staff is trained on the use of the instrument and is available after installation. Whenever I need a new instrument, Drew is the FIRST person I call. The reason is simple . . . He makes life easier for me and my staff.

I first met Drew when I was sharing 1200 square feet of office space with another doctor. He brought in the Epic system and helped us figure out a way to slip it into an alcove to increase efficiency and patient flow. Now we are a practice of six doctors with 10,000 square feet of space. Our office represents everything Drew has to offer. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the equipment he sells, as well as his personalized, partnership-focused service makes him stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Drew Tucker has been servicing my equipment needs at the Scheie Eye Institute and the Philadelphia VAMC for many years. He has always been helpful in keeping us “state-of-the-art” with all of our equipment. We have purchased everything from autorefractor/keratometers to complete refraction systems (Marco EPIC), as well as pachymeters, topography machines, YAG lasers, and many other devices. Drew has always been right there for us to solve any problems with operations, training of staff, or any other issues. I would highly recommend Drew as an honest representative of the technology and completely dedicated and committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with any product that he endorses. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Drew when I brought a Marco refracting system into our office. The technology and integration with our EMR has been great. Drew’s knowledge of all the technology he carries is impressive but the service that came with the equipment was outstanding. Many times the service ends with the purchase, with Drew the installation, training and follow-up went flawless and worked the way it always should.

The EPIC is working well. My staff are getting more and more comfortable using it and are having fun on the machine. It has certainly helped to generate more refractions, more efficiently. The patients have commented on the “high tech” equipment. I believe it has been a valuable addition to my practice.
